Can you assist in setting up remote users to connect to company resources?
Yes we can. Any user who needs access to company resources can be connected to the company network via a secure VPN. Work remotely and securely from anywhere in the world with our solution.
Can you manage my backups and make sure it is working?
Yes we can. All clients under our managed agreement is covered by our backup solution. Backup software is loaded on all servers and is setup to make frequent backups of all data. Backups are monitored and tested regularly.
Can you assist with Pastel problems?
We can assist with the installation and setup of Pastel, adding companies, yearend roll over and printing problems. When a problem is beyond our scope of expertise, we will deal with Pastel directly to resolve the problem.
Will you review our internet, telephone and all IT related expenses to make sure we are not paying too much?
We review all IT related expenses for all our clients covered by a service level agreement. We will make sure you are not paying for anything you don’t need and see how we can assist you with better pricing or add value to what you are already spending per month.
Can you help with loan equipment when we are in the process of replacing equipment?
We will always assist with loan equipment if and when available.
