Whether it is a cell phone app that is not working, or e-mails not being delivered or a label printer that refuses to print, their staff persevere until the problem is resolved. Verzatech have streamlined our office IT systems and have implemented a data backup system on our office network and moved some of our hosting to the cloud, allowing access from anywhere in the world and providing us with an added level of secure data backup.
